Can you make cables to order?
Yes indeed we can. Let us know what length, what cable and plug specification and we’ll do all the rest.
Where are the cables made?
Our workshop is in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. UK
Is support Included?
Yes of course. If you need any help or advice, just send us a message and we will respond asap.
How do I know you are not selling fake goods?
You’ll just have to trust us on this. We are here for the long haul, not a fast buck so long term reputation is paramount. We research suppliers thoroughly before buying stock and know what to look for.
Can I visit you?
We do not have a high street shop as such, so you cant just walk in. You are welcome to visit by appointment though.
Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations up to 24hrs after you placed the order. As most cables are custom built to order, we are not able to accept cancellations after this time.
Can I return my cables?
In the highly unlikely event that you don’t get on with your new cables, we offer a no quibble returns policy. All we ask is that you pay for the shipping back to us.
What about warranty?
All our cables are warranted for 12 months parts and labour. The only exception to this is for damage and fair wear and tear. In this event, we will repair at cost subject to all shipping costs being paid by the customer.
